Cancellation Policy
IN CASE OF GIFT VOUCHER
Gift Certificate cannot be cancelled or refunded, the user can demand for extension of the expiry date of the voucher within 3 days of purchase.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER BY ADAGIO
Adagio reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.
