INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are now shipping worldwide at an additional shipping cost of $35. You can avail free international shipping on orders above $200. For further information/queries on international shipping, please e-mail us at customer@adagio.in

Depending upon the location, the product is shipped to you within 2-3 days and shall reach you within 7-10  days from the date of placing the order. You can track your order using the tracking information sent to you via the email sent you once your order has been shipped. Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.

Orders requiring any customization will require additional time and will be shipped in 10 working days.

CANCELLATION POLICY

ADAGIO reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

CASH ON DELIVERY POLICY

We do not offer cash on delivery as a payment method. We only accept pre-paid orders.
