WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING ANYWHERE IN INDIA
We at Adagio know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition and on time. So we make sure we use the best and the most responsible network of logistics providers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
ADAGIO ships worldwide from India. All international orders are carefully packed and dispatched through our shipping partners at an additional shipping cost of $40. As our garments are made to order, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be dispatched. International delivery generally takes 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier service. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or circumstances beyond our control.
You can track your order using the tracking information sent to you via the email sent you once your order has been shipped. Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.
Orders requiring any customization will require additional time and will be shipped in 15 working days.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are payable directly to the relevant customs authority or courier, unless otherwise stated at checkout. ADAGIO cannot determine or guarantee the amount of such charges.
Customs & Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details. Delays caused by incorrect/incomplete information, customs clearance, or refusal to pay applicable import charges may affect delivery times.
Returns & Refunds
All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, cancellations or refunds.
ADAGIO reserves the right to restrict shipping to certain countries or locations where required by applicable laws, regulations, customs restrictions, or courier limitations.
CANCELLATION POLICY
ADAGIO reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.
CASH ON DELIVERY POLICY
We do not offer cash on delivery as a payment method. We only accept pre-paid orders.
USING PROMO CODES/COUPONS
> Special coupons should be redeemed within the limited period, and validity once expired, cannot be extended later.
>Two offers cannot be clubbed together using the Promo Code.
> Adagio reserves the right to cancel any promotional 'Promo Code' and the transactions in which they are used.
